Refund & Return Policy
We have a 90-day refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your product to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging.
To request a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. The customer covers the shipping expenses of returning the product (unless the product is damaged, please refer to the next section below). Damaged product or parts missing
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective/damaged or parts are missing (we require a photo or video proof). You will get a refund or a free replacement you don't have to return the product back to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gifts (complimentary products), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
