Damaged product or parts missing:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged (we require a photo proof). We will give you a refund or a replacement for free and you don't have to return the product back to us.

Shipping issues due to incorrect address:

All items will be shipped to the shipping address provided in the payment form. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, and if you do not and it gets posted to the wrong address, then we will not be liable for making a refund.
